Decorating the Xmas tree

This year we seemed to have a million things to do and not enough time to do it. So we started early. We usually put up the tree before Thanksgiving but I was afraid to put the tree up this year with little tank (AKA Spencer) around. I just had to bite the bullet and go for it. And wow did little girl love that tree! We had to decorate the tree in stages because we also had pictures scheduled for the kids this same day! Like I said, busy :)

Henry helped put the tree together.

He thought he was a present, well he kind of is :)

Henry was very helpful putting the star on top of the tree.

Spencer got up from her nap and was enthralled with the tree.

Auntie picked her up for a closer look.

Time for pictures! We got the kids all dressed up and ready to go.

I love how Henry is trying so hard to try to keep Spencer sitting with him!

This was Spencer's first time in her new big girl carseat! She loved it :)

These were the practice shots to get the kids warmed up. I just love their little outfits, so cute!

 LOVE.

My little family :) Thanks Em for taking the pics!

 Baby just wanted to run!

 My handsome little man.

 Awwww! My babies holding hands!

We snuck in some pics with Meridy's background while she was setting up. Henry wanted to know if Elsa came and put the snowflakes in the trees!

Baby was happy to be home and free!

 Look at that smile!

Henry was so focused on decorating the tree, he took no notice of anything else going on around him.

I love that he was so in to it :)

My mom and both my sisters came to help out, yay!

 Loves for Auntie!

We tried to have baby put on some ornaments but really she just wanted to eat them… oh well.

 Yum!

Auntie Zee Zee is here! And in such a fun outfit!

Let's try to actually hang the ornaments this time.

Henry was putting all his ornaments on one branch so I tried to get him to spread them out.

 Smooch!

 Loves for nana!

Not sure what this look is, maybe she's saying man those ornaments look tasty!

Timeout from decorating to play with a top hat! Squirrel!

Check out how many ornaments my boy got on those branches!

I mean, come on! That's gotta be some kind of record!

 Smooch for Auntie Zee Zee.

Somehow my kids got up on the dining room table… hmmm I blame my mom ;)

 Back to terrorize the tree.

 Being so adored is exhausting!

Thanks for all the help guys! We are all ready for Christmas :)
